Stop Foreclosure Save Credit Even After Bankruptcy

Hi there!

Carlos Crespo here, coming to you from beautiful Hillsborough County, Florida!

Thank you for taking a minute to watch this short video about how you can beat foreclosure and take hold of your life again!

Now, you may have moved out of your house, you may have left your house empty, you may have even finished bankruptcy but, did you know, that because the house is still in your name, you are liable for anyone who breaks in and hurts themselves and decides to sue?

Did you know that you’re still responsible for any new taxes, or any new fees, or any new fines?

It’s still your house and it’s still in your name all the way up until the foreclosure auction.

And did you know that since the foreclosure isn’t finished, it’s not even on your credit report yet?

So the worst hasn’t even begun!

  • The nearly 10 years of bad credit!
  • The skyrocketing insurance payments!
  • The being denied for certain jobs!
  • The high credit card and loan rates!

Now, I have a way to help you out with all that! And we’ll get to that just a little bit later on.

But first of all

  • Are you behind on your mortgage payments?
  • Do you have lenders harassing you?
  • How about bill collectors?
  • Mail from attorneys stuffing your mailbox?
  • How about letters from investors wanting to buy your house?

Are you fed up with it all?

  • Would you like to have your foreclosure stopped and have your credit shoot back up again to where it was before this all started?
  • Would you like someone to take care of the whole mess for you and just give you some peace of mind?
  • And how about this… Would you like to have this all for free?

Well, you want to watch this short video all the way to the end so you can see how you’ll have a shot at getting just that.

My name is Carlos Crespo and I buy houses in sticky situations just like yours.

  • It doesn’t matter if you owe a million dollars on your mortgage, but your house is only worth $1 dollar.
  • It doesn’t matter if your house is on a sinkhole.
  • It doesn’t matter if your house is in absolutely perfect condition and it doesn’t need any repairs or anything done to fix it up whatsoever.
  • It doesn’t even matter if your house is in such bad condition that the only thing holding it up is the wood that the termites haven’t eaten yet!

You see, I buy houses in all conditions and I want you to know that you are not alone. I help people in situations like yours all the time.

So, on this video, I’d like to share some of their stories with you, so you can hear if any of them sound familiar.

Debbie was a career nurse making nearly $100,000 a year. Everything was going great for her. She was almost ready to retire. Then, one day, she had a heart attack. And just like that she became fully disabled.

She lost $60,000 a year. That’s $5,000 a month less than she was used to making. As you can imagine, she no longer had the money to live a $100,000 lifestyle, with the credit cards and with the loan payments. And in no time at all, she could no longer pay her bills.

Her phone rang off the hook with people wanting money from her. Her mailbox was stuffed to the top with bills from collectors. And now, she could no longer pay the mortgage on the house she spent so much time in, that she spent so much money in, that she fostered so much love in, where she raised her children, and where she was hoping to retire in.

Now how about Alice. Alice lived in her dream home with her dear husband. He had served in the military, but then he became fully disabled. So Alice put her life on hold to take care of him full time. They lived on his military retirement and on his disability. Then one day, out of the blue, he became sick. Alice rushed him to the hospital, and there he died. Overnight her only source of income was gone.

Now, over time, Alice had become too sick to work, so she could no longer afford to pay the mortgage. And since nobody in the house was well enough to take care of it, the house began to fall apart. Finally, Alice had to do the one thing in her life a mother dreads ever having to do… She had to move in with her children in order to survive.

Now how about John? John was an entrepreneur with a dream of being financially free. So he bought a house, he fixed it up, he rented it out.

But then the economy crashed. And his tenants stopped paying him. While he was dealing with his tenants, he got word that his dear grandfather passed away. He came back from the funeral to find an empty rental property. Because while he was gone the tenants moved away from the house.

Now, because of the economy, he could no longer rent it out at a price high enough to pay the mortgage. To add insult to injury, one night vandals broke into the house, they stole the AC, and they trashed it. And he didn’t have money to fix up the house again, so he couldn’t rent it out at all. So he couldn’t make the rental income. So he couldn’t pay the mortgage.

So how about you? What’s your story?

  • Would you like to have your credit back up to where it was before?
  • Would you like to have the foreclosure stopped and off your credit report?
  • Would you like to get those low interest rate offers in the mail again, the ones with the low monthly payments?
  • How about this? Would you like to qualify for your own home again in as little as two to three years?

You see, that’s why you want me to take over your house for you!

Right now, by doing nothing, your house is going to foreclosure auction. That is absolutely no benefit to you at all, whatsoever!

Chances are you’ll get absolutely nothing for it AND you’re going to be dealing with it on your credit report for a very, very long time – for nearly 10 years.

And that time, hasn’t even started yet, because the foreclosure isn’t even on your credit report yet.

Now you may have moved out of the house, you may have left it empty, and you may have thought, “You know what? That’s the banks problem now.”

But you don’t want to help the bank keep ruining your life, and the economy, and get away with it>, right? Especially when I’ll take care of the bank for you for free, right?

Now, you may have finished bankruptcy, but did you know that bankruptcy only eliminates the money that you owe the bank? It doesn’t give the bank your house. That house is still yours, and it’s still in your name, all the way up until the foreclosure auction.

Bankruptcy only eliminates the old debts that you had that you put in the bankruptcy. But you’re still responsible for any new HOA fees, any new taxes, code enforcement fines when your grass gets too high because you haven’t cut it, or when your roof starts to leak and then it caves in, or when vandals break the windows of the house and the county comes to board it up.

Why do you think that you’re still getting letters in the mail about the house with your name on them?

Did you know that you’re even liable if someone breaks into your house to steal something, any they cut themselves, and they bleed everywhere, and they go to the hospital and decide to sue?

Yes, you, cause it’s your liability, not the bank’s. Cause it’s your house all the way up until the time the title is transferred.

And did you know that many banks are stretching out the foreclosure process up until the very last second. They’re in no hurry. They don’t want to take on that liability. What do you think your foreclosure is taking so long?

You can Google it, its called “Zombie Title”.

The bank doesn’t want to pay HOA fees. They don’t want to be liable if someone breaks into the house, hurts themselves, does a Google search to find out who owns the house, finds out that the bank owns the house, so then they decide to sue.

So many times they keep the foreclosure going to the last second so that you keep that liability.

So what do you think? Do you want to keep that liability until whatever moment the bank finally decides that they are ready to finish the foreclosure?

The bank doesn’t want that liability?

But you know what?

That’s your good news, too, because it IS your house all the way until the foreclosure auction!

And when you take action and call or email me right now, we can turn your ship around, and get you on the right track again!

It’s easy!

Let’s hear what John has to say about working with me…

Interviewer: So why don’t you tell me a little bit about your situation. What got you in to a point where you had to sell your house?

John: I was doing good. I bought the house for what I thought was a good price at the time. Got the rents for a little while. Then I just got caught up. People weren’t making the payments. Ended up just having to walk away from the situation. Got a phone call from Carlos in regards to helping me out. It was very easy working with Carlos.

Interviewer: Awesome! So how satisfied are you with how everything went?

John: On a scale from 1 to 10, I’m at 11! Very, very pleased!

Interviewer: Awesome!

I’m offering you the opportunity for me to take over your headache, for me to take over your house, for me to deal with the bank, so that you can finally get some peace of mind. And, when I’m successful, your foreclosure will be stopped, it’ll be off your credit report, your credit score will shoot back up, and you may qualify for those jobs that check your credit.

Before you know it, you’ll be right back to where you were before! Just as if nothing had happened!

So go ahead, take action and call or send me an email right now.

Don’t wait! The clock is ticking! If you wait too long, it’ll be too late for me to help.

As long as we’re still in the foreclosure process, we’re okay. But once the court sets an auction date, if that auction date is less than 30 days away, I won’t be able to help you. Because I need 30 days to stop the foreclosure.

So don’t wait, cause the court could set the auction date any day now!

And then you’re going to be stuck with!

  • 7 to 10 years of bad credit.
  • High credit card and loan payments.
  • Your insurance may skyrocket for however many years until your credit is good again.
  • And you make get turned down, or worse, you may even lose your job if you’re working in finance, credit, securities, lending, military or military subcontracting, in the security industry, or anything that requires you have a bond.

And for what? Cause when you take action, and call or email me right now, I’ll take over that problem for you!

What do you have to lose?

Your house is already going to foreclosure.

What’s the worst that can happen?

That I try to help and it goes to foreclosure anyway? It’s already going to foreclosure!

What if all I was able to do was to prolong the foreclosure so it’s off your credit report longer, so you have lower insurance payments longer, so that you have lower credit card payments longer, so that you have lower loan and credit rates longer, and so that you qualify for those jobs that check your credit? Now that’s worth it to you, right?

But I’ll go one further than that. When I’m successful, I’ll cancel your foreclosure, it stays off your credit report, your credit score shoots back up, and you may qualify for the jobs that check your credit! That’s even better, right or right?!

Either way you can’t lose! You can only win! Your house is already going to foreclosure. And anything is better than that!

But when you take action and call or email me right now, you can get your credit back again! You can get your life back again! Just like it was before this all started!

So go ahead, take action and call or email me right now, and get back with the bank took away!

But wait, there’s more! You know the best part is?

It’s free. That’s right. I’ll never ask you for a dime!

So go right ahead! Take action and call or email me right now, and get back your life again!

You’ll be glad you did!

To your success!
