Finally, Alice had to do the one thing in her life a mother dreads ever having to do… She had to move in with her children in order to survive.

Now how about John? John was an entrepreneur with a dream of being financially free. So he bought a house, he fixed it up, he rented it out.

But then the economy crashed. And his tenants stopped paying him. While he was dealing with his tenants, he got word that his dear grandfather passed away. He came back from the funeral to find an empty rental property. Because while he was gone the tenants moved away from the house.

Why do you think that you’re still getting letters in the mail about the house with your name on them?

Did you know that you’re even liable if someone breaks into your house to steal something, any they cut themselves, and they bleed everywhere, and they go to the hospital and decide to sue?

Yes, you, cause it’s your liability, not the bank’s. Cause it’s your house all the way up until the time the title is transferred.

And did you know that many banks are stretching out the foreclosure process up until the very last second. They’re in no hurry. They don’t want to take on that liability. What do you think your foreclosure is taking so long?

You can Google it, its called “Zombie Title”.

The bank doesn’t want to pay HOA fees. They don’t want to be liable if someone breaks into the house, hurts themselves, does a Google search to find out who owns the house, finds out that the bank owns the house, so then they decide to sue.

So many times they keep the foreclosure going to the last second so that you keep that liability.
